How the IPPT Scoring Works

The IPPT (Individual Physical Proficiency Test) consists of three stations:

  • Push-ups (maximum points: 25)
  • Sit-ups (maximum points: 25)
  • 2.4km Run (maximum points: 50)

Your scores for each station are added together for a maximum possible score of 100 points.

Performance bands:

  • Gold (≥ 85 points): Excellent performance
  • Silver (≥ 75 points): Above average performance
